Las pasantías son un componente central de New Village que tanto los estudiantes como los mentores encuentran igualmente gratificantes. Al poder tener experiencias de trabajo real que realizan los adultos en su vida profesional, los estudiantes adquieren habilidades, confianza y una visión de una posible carrera profesional futura.
